Clinical Consultation for Clinicians and
Helping Professionals
Consultation is a place to slow down, reflect, and feel supported in the work you’re doing.

Therapy can be meaningful and deeply rewarding work, but it can also be complex and emotionally demanding. Having a thoughtful space to step back, explore clinical questions, and integrate new perspectives can make all the difference.

I offer consultation for therapists and helping professionals who want a collaborative space to deepen their clinical work and continue growing as practitioners.

I work with clinicians who are:

-
Seeking consultation hours towards certification through the EMDR International Association
-
Interested in integrating EMDR with parts work, somatic interventions, and attachment-focused approaches
-
Looking for support with complex cases, dissociation, or clinical stuck points
-
Wanting a grounded, relational space to reflect on their work with clients
-
Curious about weaving neurobiology, systems theory, and health psychology into their clinical framework

My Approach

Consultation with me is collaborative, trauma-informed, and nervous-system aware.

My approach integrates EMDR with somatic and attachment-based perspectives, parts-informed work, and an understanding of neurobiology and relational systems.

I also bring a holistic lens that considers how stress, trauma, lifestyle, environment, and the body influence healing — for both clients and clinicians.

Together we explore the clinical process, refine case conceptualization, and support the unfolding of your work with greater clarity, confidence, and depth.

Many therapists find consultation not only strengthens their clinical work, but also provides a meaningful space for reflection, professional growth, and connection within the field.
