It takes courage to reach out for support.  No matter where you're at on your journey, know that every part of you is welcome here.

 

Having sat on both sides of the therapeutic chair, I know it is important to navigate these moments in the company of someone who is empathetic and compassionate.  Someone who can shed some light when things get dark, and who can help you reconnect with your inherit strength and wisdom.

My practice is informed and enriched by my personal journey, my professional training and my experience in the fields of social justice, mental health and holistic wellness.  I use the proven techniques of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ego State Therapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems), in combination with principles from attachment theory, health psychology and the latest findings in neuroscience.​

My style uses warmth, compassion, intuition and collaboration. Although I find listening to be incredibly important, I will also challenge you, highlight stuck patterns, and empower you towards total transformation.  

A little more about me...

I am a veteran, a wife and a mother, born and raised in Hawaii. I also value therapy as part of my own self care and healing journey. I believe we are able to access our own authentic wisdom when we feel safe and heard by someone who honors all of who we are and I’m excited to share that space with you.
